The duo cozied up to one another in a red leather booth while tucking into pasta at vegan restaurant Crossroads Kitchen during their intimate one-on-one meal.

She set off romance rumors with the alt rock singer last week when they were seen apparently holding hands at Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights.

They were evidently at the amusement park for Halloween Horror Nights, which is where the fan claims to have caught sight of them.

The fan uploaded a clip of the two people who looked like they might be Billie and Jesse walking through the park together possibly hand in hand.
